The new pho restaurant that has just opened. Be prepared to wait a while, I think we were there for about an hour until we had our food, it did take a long time compared to what it should be. It was busy, and under staffed. I think it's the best pho in town. Did seam like lots of noodles and not enough Cilantro maybe some room for improvement. The chilli oil was really good.The place itself is really nice inside, they did a pretty good job with a tile. There is some nice chill spots in there, it'll be nice if they get a liquor license but currently they don't have one. One downfall is, I don't think it is wheelchair accessible as I did not see a ramp. Washrooms clean and nice.
Pho Mac is a great Vietnamese joint. The food is top-notch. The phó soup broth is hearty and flavourful. The vermicelli variations are well executed with crispy veg and well seasoned grilled meat. The salad rolls are en point. Especially the shrimp & pork version. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance is fresh and modern. I have visited almost every Vietnamese joint in Calgary. I would rank Pho Mac in my top 5 best spots.
There’s only two places in Fort Mac to eat Pho. The first joint in Pho Mac. The second……is Pho Mac. Bun Bo Hue forever!
Out-of towner. Cold Wednesday evening. Pleasantly surprised I had a Pho restaurant walking distance of my hotel. Got the Special Pho with Sate Broth, with salad rolls as an appetizer. Portions are generous, and food is flavourful. I recommend keeping this place in mind for those cold nights here in the north.

Travelling for work into Fort McMurray and I wasn’t in the mood for anything greasy and was looking for some Vietnamese food. Checked out the google reviews and found this gem of a place. Ordered some chicken salad rolls and a vermicelli bowl. All I can say is wow, super awesome salad roll. I love how they load up the inside with vegetables. Giant shrimps inside, no skimping on product at all. Then the vermicelli bowl I ordered came with grilled chicken and spring roll. Just amazing. Looking at the reviews they are really consistent too. Check it out if you need something delicious in Fort McMurray.
